Something that made me whole again. DANTE Our love was cursed from the start. She didn't know it but I did. All she knew was that I'd lied to her, betrayed her. Done unforgivable things. Unavoidable things. Yes, I had broken promises as surely as I had broken her heart. But, just as every war has casualties, and every lie has consequences–every bastard has his reasons. .

This was a downward slope for me looking at it from book one.

Breaking him had me in twists, had my stomach in a choir with uneven voices I tell you. it gave me happy times and even though it ended with a massive cliffhanger it somehow managed to go where few books go and that is, all time favorite books.

and then I sat eagerly awaiting for book two, the conclusion of a great book. Was I disappointed? hell yes. Did I want to be disappointed? No. but it just happened.

It was still a good book, don't forget that one but not as great as the first one was.
And because I do not want to be anymore negative in this book, my review ends here.
